Creating a new look with the simple yet powerful, enhanced design changes, keeping a timely finish for your new custom 5 piece master bath.
1. Includes demo of old tile (floor and shower wall), bathtub and shower pan, baseboard, toilet and vanity, plus vanity lights.
2. Includes the install of new bathtub or shower pan, denshield wall board for shower walls, red guard water proofing, install tile on shower walls and floor, or if wanted LVP on floor, with 1 shower cubby, 1 tile border if wanted, installation of toilet, vanity, shower faucet and vanity faucet, vanity lights, base install, and painting of walls and base.
Materials Included are:
Denshield wall board, red guard, tile mortar, wood for built in cubby, or prefab cubby, rough in plumbing fittings, and all paint materials.
Set Rate Pricing $14,400.00
Customer to provide:
Desired bathtub and prefab shower pan, vanity and shower faucets, tile, toilet, vanity, and vanity lights.
Note: This can be as low as $2,650.00
We can provide all materials and labor at a Set Rate price of $17,700.00
